Ashley Abad died due to Illegal Party Drugs during Sinulog 2019 concert

Ashley Abad, 19 died due to overdose of illegal party drugs while attending concert during Sinulog 2019.

This drugs must be stop to prevent young children ruin their lives.

On January 20, 2019 Cebu celebrates Sinulog Festival 2019 and sad to say Ashley Abad died.
